The spark
As a volunteer, Kevin discovers animal welfare at the SPA d'Annecy shelter. He realises that many hours could be saved every week by centralising several tasks in one software. He observes similar needs in several organisations. A handful of associations get equipped. Hunimalis is born.

Seed stage
After early market traction with associations, shelters and pounds. We move into our own offices in Annecy.
A "love money" round and an honour loan secured with Initiative France, Initiative Remarquable and Inovizi, combined with our first bank loan.

Grooming salons come aboard
We immerse ourselves in the grooming world: professionals who mostly worked on paper or had to rely on generic software, abandoned or ill-suited to their trade.
We meet many personalities of the field and become a partner of the Ciseaux d'Or International, a competition running since 1998.

Our first permanent hires and fundraising
Customer satisfaction relies on great support and a product that evolves fast.

We equip professionals in 4 countries: France, Switzerland, Belgium and Canada.
We attend the Animalis Show and Expozoo for the first time, and take part in as many professional events as possible in France.

We build and host many websites and software products for our clients and partners. This year we are entrusted with Secondechance.org and the software behind Chiensguides.fr.
