What is Hunimalis ?

Hunimalis is a management application for professionals in the animal world.

Our innovative solution allows to modernize the functioning of their establishments based on real needs: improving internal organization, saving time on all procedures, reducing constraints, expenses, and waste, and facilitating exchanges among themselves.

It is installed on remote servers hosted in Germany to guarantee our customers a very high level of availability. Customers freely use the online service in exchange for a subscription.

Where does your idea come from ?

After a few years of volunteering at the Annecy Animal Shelter, we noticed that their operation could be made simpler and faster.

In collaboration with numerous actors in the animal world, the foundations of Hunimalis were designed to meet your needs and expectations.

The Annecy Animal Shelter adopted our first version in late 2015, and a few months later, the Thonon-les-bains and Chambéry shelters followed suit.

The idea of an interconnected and collaborative application emerged in 2016, after realizing that animal boarding facilities, pet breeders, and groomers worked together regularly and faced similar issues.

What will be the fate of my datas if I decide to cancel my subscription ?

Your data will be returned to you within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this request. And all copies of this data in our possession will be deleted within a period agreed with you.

Is there any authorized users limit ?

There is no limit, if you wish to give an access to 10 employees, you can do it straight on the config page.

What is SaaS ?

A so-called SaaS solution (“Software as a Service”) is an application software solution hosted and operated outside the organization or company by a third party, and accessible on demand via Internet access. The use of the solution is invoiced in the form of an all-inclusive subscription covering all the services subscribed to by the customer.

In which geographical zones does Hunimalis operate ?

Hunimalis is currently operating in several countries such as France, Switzerland, Belgium and Canada. And we are ready to welcome customers from English speaking countries.

What are the required hardwares to use Hunimalis ?

You can access the application at any time with high-speed Internet access, using the medium of your choice: computer, tablet or smartphone.

You can use any operating system (Windows, Linux, OSX, IOS, Android) that can run a browser, in its most recent stable version:

What are your application's features ?

Our solution is modular and adapts to your activity and your needs.

Among our features: animal management, customer and contact relations, point of sale, management of purchases, stocks and services, agenda, management of enclosures, health monitoring, electronic document management, management of municipal agreements, accounting for associations and companies, management of surveys, loyalty tools, management of members and volunteers, activity report, ...

Is access to my data secure ?

The administrator account of your establishment has a unique identifier of its own, as for each user account. Your password is strictly confidential, Hunimalis does not know your password and stores it encrypted with a hash for more security.

Is my data safe ?

Hunimalis is committed to ensuring that your data is secure. In practice, this translates into the use of the TLS (formerly SSL) security protocol, which is the same protocol used by banks for their websites.

This system guarantees the authentication of the server, when connecting you are then sure that you are connecting to Hunimalis and not to another site.

This protocol also guarantees the encryption of information transmitted and received with the Hunimalis tool. As a result, the information exchanged between our servers and your computer cannot be read by a third party.

Can Hunimalis access to my data's details ?

Hunimalis uses your personal data only for the purpose of assisting you in the event of a malfunction:

• On request, when you call support, to help you resolve a problem
• To resolve any user errors
• To keep you informed of our offers and new features

We obviously offer the same service when you are on a trial period.

Where are located my datas ?

The Hunimalis software hosts your data via the Hetzner service provider.

The data is located in secure data centers with restricted access, which are themselves located in Germany.

Availability of data on Hunimalis

All data stored in Hunimalis is backed up automatically every day on redundant servers, hosted in a secure datacenter.

If needed, Hunimalis can perform a full system restore. So if a server or hard drive fails, none of your data is lost.

What are the prices ?

We have various subscriptions to offer you depending on your activity, your needs and the duration of your commitment.

Our sales representative will be happy to help you choose the most suitable offer.

The subscription is monthly or annual at your convenience.

What does the subscription include ?

The subscription includes the use of Hunimalis, the hosting of your data, the maintenance and development of application services as well as technical assistance.

What are the payment methods ?

All invoices are sent to you by email. You can pay for your subscription by direct debit or credit card.

How does Hunimalis accompany us ?

We offer you a presentation of our software remotely by one of our advisers.

The technical assistance service answers you by chat, email, remote maintenance or by telephone from Monday to Friday inclusive, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Do you do data transfer for customers using another software?

We offer our customers a migration of existing data. We have you export the data from your old software and after analyzing the data, we offer you the most appropriate solution to resume your data in Hunimalis.

Does Hunimalis offer trainings ?

We can offer you introductory IT training, or training more specific to our tool.

How Hunimalis allows you to comply with the VAT Anti-Fraud Law which came into force on January 1, 2018?

Note that the VAT anti-fraud law does not necessarily concern all sellers of products or services to individuals. Indeed, the companies concerned must meet the following conditions:

• Be subject to value added tax
• Carry out transactions with customers who are not subject to value added tax
• Have software or a cash system
• Record collection and payment operations.

Thus, the VAT anti-fraud law does not apply to auto-entrepreneurs, micro-enterprises not subject to VAT, VAT-based franchises and companies that market in BtoB as well as those subject to other special regimes.

We deliver to all our customers, using our invoicing module, a certificate which releases them from any responsibility.
